Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your TipiSocks and package it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. 

Your TipiSocks will then gently be sent via our postal partners (USPS, UPS, FEDEX), and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 1-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number so you can follow the TipiSocks magical journey.

TipiSocks come in both Adult and Kids sizes:

The Adult size are a standard US size that fit shoe sizes from 4-11. The socks are quite elastic and therefore they work well with small and big feet.

The Kids size are more suitable for age 1-5 years.

Our policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or refund.

Refunds and Exchanges:

To initiate a return, email support@tipisocks.com with your order number and email address used at checkout. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you place your order.

If you would like to change your TipiSocks for a different style or size, we can help you out as long as the order has not shipped. If the order however has been fulfilled please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

TipiSocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TipiSocks will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.

We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.

Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
