Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or refund.
Refunds and Exchanges:
To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and email address used at checkout. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you place your order.
If you would like to change your TipiSocks for a different style or size, we can help you out as long as the order has not shipped. If the order however has been fulfilled please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
TipiSocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TipiSocks will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
